Pricing was about half of what our previous IT company was charging. They have been responsive and no serious complaints. It is all inclusive pricing so no unexpected charges which has been great. They did the whole update to Win 10 without any additional charge.

This is a great company! Mike from IT Ninjas helped us when we moved into a larger location and completely streamlined our entire network two yearsago.
